Mentor Coaching Program

This six month program is designed for people looking to add coaching to their business capabilities and are committed to becoming ICF credentialed coaches in the future.

Our coaching relationship includes;

• intake session with assessments that illuminate your core values, motivators, behavioral strengths, personal attributes, communication style and ideal work environment
• three scheduled private telephone coaching sessions per month
• regular evaluation of your growing coaching skills
• email contact between sessions
• a quarterly progress review
• access to special client-only benefits

You benefit from my Professional Mentor Coach (PMC) designation which is certified through Coach Inc. You also have access to someone who has successfully transitioned from a part-time to full-time coaching business.
